Challenges that are facing the school system in Aden are enormous. Not only for Aden British Modern Schools, but the entire spectrum, of education system is currently facing many obstacles, which is beyond the control of individual schools.
Procuring text books, reading material for our English library, foreign recruitment of academic staff, travel, security situation, are some of the difficulties the schools are facing in Aden today Nevertheless, we at ABMS, were successful in recruiting qualified teachers, for Science, Mathematics and English classes for the higher level; grades seven, eight nine and ten. Year after year, we have expanded our English book library, and hope to expand it further in the current academic year.
