It is mandatory that all students attend the morning assembly at the time specified by the school administration on time. (7.20 am)
All students must adhere to the standard school uniform with black or white shoes. At the morning assembly uniform standards will be inspected and parents and guardians of those students who regularly violate the code will be sent notice by the school.
Students are not allowed to bring valuable items and shall not carry large sums of money to school. As pocket money students may carry a reasonable amount in Yemeni riyals to school.
Parents shall follow the student’s progress by contacting the Deputy of the school.
Parents and teachers are ALLOWED to communicate directly with the class teacher or any subject teacher through communication networks and through social media platforms for matters related to studies. (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) However, Parents who wish to meet the Class or the Subject teacher in school, shall meet them in the presence of the Deputy.
All students must sit for the monthly test and the complete the written work specified by the school administration.
Monthly tests and final examinations are under the supervision of the school academic supervisors. Parents are not allowed to interfere with the school’s educational policy.
If the student is absent on the date of the re-test, he/she will be given a (zero) and no grading will be done.
It is not allowed for students to leave the school premises with a classmate upon the end of the official school hours, unless the parent or guardian contacts the school administration for such permission.
Parents are obliged to pay school fees according to the pre- determined schedule. In case non-payment of fees, the school has the right to suspend the student from attending class, and cards and transcripts will not be issued until full payment has been made as per fees payment schedule.
Parents and guardians of students who avail transport service provided by the school, shall ensure that your child is ready to board the vehicle well on time in the morning and not to delay the school bus.
The students shall pay attention to personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance.
It is not allowed to bring phones and electronic devices to the school. The school has the right to conduct inspection of students to ensure adherence to this rule.
Parents are NOT ALLOWED to enter a classroom or stay in the school yard.
Students shall attend the school daily. In case of absence for any reason, parent must notify the school administration through the secretary on the same day. In case of sickness, medical reports should be submitted.
It is mandatory that each student sit for the examinations. All decisions and rules concerning examinations are determined by the school administration.
In case the student is absent on the date of the specified monthly test with reasons accepted by the school’s administration, he/she will be scheduled to do the re-test by the administration, and graded accordingly.
All students shall participate in outdoor activities organized by the school.
After prior repeated warning, in case of violation of moral and social code of conduct by students or parents, or cause harm to the general system of schools, the school reserves the right to take appropriate actions. This can lead to expulsion of the student from the school, whatever the timing and shall be required to pay in full the semester fees.
Without prior information and approval by the school administration, If the student is absent from the school for any reason, regardless of the period of absence, it does not give the parent the right to deduct any amount from school fees or transportation charges.
